Sovereignty has the name Fnatic in European Valorant: The British eSports organization is in the final of the VCT EMEA League after eleven wins in eleven games.
After Fnatic had already finished the regular season unbeaten, Fut Esports and Team Liquid couldn’t bring the Lock//In winners to their knees in the playoffs either. The latter were defeated 2-0 in the upper bracket final.
Side effect: By reaching the final, Fnatic is directly qualified for the knockout round at the Masters in Tokyo in June. Something that made Fnatic’s coach Jacob “mini” Harris particularly happy on the league livestream: “I told the guys it’s no big deal, but it’s actually good! The time between our arrival in Tokyo and the games is up short. We need this time.”
Before the Masters victory is aimed for, the team from the British e-sports organization wants to celebrate in the Grand Final of the EMEA League. The final opponent is still being sought. This is played out in the lower bracket final between Liquid and Fut.
