With Florence Welch, Tempelhof Sounds announced their third headliner act on Monday (January 24). Next Florence + The Machine the headliners are complete – The Strokes and Muse are the other top bands. In addition, the organizers have announced 16 other bands who will be present at Tempelhof Sounds in Berlin from June 10th to 12th, 2022, presented by ROLLING STONE.
are also there Maximo Park, Johnossi and Balthazar, the Belarusian darkwave trio Molchat Doma, Barns Courtney, Faye Webster and the Canadian alternative duo Cleopatrick.
Plus the indie rock innovators pale waves, the Viennese supergroup My Ugly Clementine and the powerful-voiced Scottish singer-songwriter Bow Anderson, Middle Kids ,Together Pangea, Talk Show and the singer and multi-instrumentalist Trixie Whitley and the indie formation Bilbao. Other artists will be announced soon.

A new international music festival has been announced for Berlin: the “Tempelhof Sounds” from June 10 to 12, 2022 at the former Tempelhof Airport in Berlin. Muse and The Strokes are headliners, plus there are 27 other acts. Additional ones (and a third headliner) are yet to be announced.
“We are very pleased to be able to make this special festival format possible in the capital together with our partners,” commented Stephan Thanscheidt, CEO of FKP Scorpio. “Our guests can expect an event that combines top international acts with an extraordinary open-air experience.” “Tempelhof Sounds” wants to offer “programmatic surprises” and present a diverse line-up.

All tickets are valid as travel documents in the Berlin ABC fare zone, 2 hours before admission until 3 a.m. the following day.
