The Blocks of the Chamber of Deputies promote a bill to declare the “environmental, economic and housing emergency” in Bahía Blanca and the areas affected by the storm that caused serious floods. The initiative has the support of more than 60 legislators from different political spaces, from Union for the Homeland to the PRO, the UCR, the Civic Coalition and Federal Meeting, in a gesture of unity before the catastrophe that hits the region.

The project, coordinated by the deputies Victoria Tolosa Paz and Karina Banfinative of Bahía Blanca, seeks to respond to the crisis that thousands of families are going through. Among the signatories are names as Máximo Kirchner, Diego Santilli, Martín Yeza, Fabio Quetglas, Miguel Ángel Pichetto, Facundo Manes, Cristian Ritondo, Santiago Cafiero, Hernán Lombardi and Silvia Lospennatto, among others.
