At around 10:20 PM, the victims were in the Europe Flyer, a whirligig that goes 40 meters into the air. The municipality calls on other occupants of the attraction and bystanders to report for contact and aftercare. A spokeswoman for the municipality could not say more about the incident on Tuesday.
