“You know how proud it makes me to play for Germany,” Goretzka wrote in a statement he released on social media after the DFB squad was announced.
“I’m extremely disappointed with the surprising decision not to be there in September,” the Bayern star reacted to his non-nomination, which he finds difficult to understand, with clear words.
