How was the process of leaving the comfort of the corporation to start your own Consultant?

I entered the corporate world when I was very young, which gave me valuable experience in large companies where I grew in the development of people, knowing the business and proposing solutions to the challenges that arose. It was a very enriching and educational experience. In parallel, I continued training on a personal level and discovering aspects of my profession that led me to consider new challenges such as starting my own business, capitalizing on the experience in the business world and the new tools and knowledge that I was acquiring. Everything was planned there to continue working on the development of people, but from another place. With that personal security, 7 years ago I made the decision and I was encouraged to take the leap. Growth always occurs outside the comfort zone, obviously the unknown is uncomfortable, but at the end of the road, the process ends up being profoundly transformative.

From your perspective of the corporate world, what skills do you think are important to develop in the current context?

We are experiencing a paradigm shift in every sense, cultural, social, political, economic, business that invites us to rethink and adapt to a new reality, both personally and professionally. An essential skill for moving through change processes is Thought Flexibility, which allows managing uncertainty more effectively, with less emotional and personal cost.

In my practice as an Executive Coach, I usually observe reactions such as fear, anguish, rejection, discomfort and anger in people who face changes. These reactions that are natural can be worked on using different tools that allow unblocking beliefs, thoughts and patterns that prevent the person from achieving the desired results, both at a personal level and at a group level. I deeply believe that a Flexible Mind is a key skill to navigate change. Given this need, I developed a program for companies and individuals called “FlexibleMENTE”, which is aimed at those who want to achieve greater flexibility of thought in the face of the situations they have to go through.

How is the focus of your work?

My perspective is to be able to generate motivation and impulse in people to work on their own Self-leadership. The processes I direct have a sustainable methodology that works change from the inside out, causing transformations that invite action.

Based on my corporate experience and as a psychologist, I can provide a comprehensive approach that allows you to enhance emotional and intellectual skills with tangible results on a day-to-day basis.

In what other areas do you work this integral look?

I apply this comprehensive approach to the different areas in which I work. In recent years, I designed an Acceleration and Growth Program for Women Leaders of companies, entrepreneurs and professionals whose objective is to provide them with a space for self-knowledge for the development of key skills. The program has four dimensions: diagnosis, goal setting, individual coaching and action plan. It is the fourth year that the program has been running and more than 150 women leaders from all over Latin America have already participated.

And how is your lifestyle?

Some time ago I adopted for my life a philosophy of seeking conscious well-being in all aspects, from health and family, to social life, work and personal growth. I have two children Ignacio (15) and Sofía (13), I love spending time and learning from them. I enjoy my YOGA, Meditation, GYM and Running practices. I love the outdoors, being close to nature and spending time with friends and family.
