The Flemish Parliament on Wednesday recognized the Holodomor in the thirties of the last century as genocide. PVDA abstained from the vote, much to the anger of the other parties as a result. “Time after time, the masks of VB and PVDA fall off when it comes to human rights,” says co-chairman of Groen Jeremie Vaneeckhout.
