The Flemish Agency for Care & Health is responsible for the health and well-being of the Flemish people. It uses DXC and Cegeka to create a new digital health service that enables patients and local health professionals to communicate and collaborate digitally with ease.

DXC will develop a digital platform, website and mobile app that will allow patients to personalize their care options, routines, treatments and appointments based on their life and care goals to create a better experience. The platform will provide an accurate and real-time overview of the patient and their care plan, enabling secure collaboration between patients, caregivers and medical professionals. Communication will become easier, faster and more accessible, while respecting data security and confidentiality.

“We are focusing on the modernization of our public services and are pleased to continue that work in collaboration with DXC Technology and Cegeka,” said Joris Moonens, spokesperson for the Flemish Agency for Care & Health. “We aim to accelerate our IT transformation to develop innovative projects that improve, simplify and accelerate our services for citizens.”

“We are delighted to have received this agreement and are proud to continue our role as a trusted partner of the Government of Flanders,” said Benjamin Revcoleschi, Managing Director of DXC Technology Benelux and France. “We help the Flemish healthcare system harness the power of data to deliver better public services for millions of citizens.”
