Willem-Frederik Schiltz, party leader for Open Vld in the Flemish Parliament, is given second place on the European list among the Flemish liberals. It was previously announced that Hilde Vautmans will draw that list. Guy Verhofstadt, Maggie De Block and Bart Tommelein push the list. Youth chairman Sepp Tyvaert is the first successor. The party reported this in a press release on Monday.
