“The latest efforts by the Flemish government for renovation grants and other incentives amount to less than a billion euros, while the invoices have been multiplied by ten. The ambitions and the resources must therefore also be multiplied by ten”, according to the Flemish ACV. The 10 billion euros could be financed with resources and investments that pay for themselves in the long run.
