Trabzonspor’s coach Nenad Bjelica, who drew 2-2 with Hungary’s MOL Fehervar team in the second friendly match in the Slovenian camp, said that he was satisfied with the game.
Bjelica, in his statement after the match, stated that he was very happy with the work rhythm and dedication shown by the players in general.
Stating that all their work and what they want from the players are in this direction, the Croatian coach continued:
“I can say that we have left behind an intense training period. Because the players really work with great devotion and all of our players are trying to train themselves in the best way possible. Therefore, we can look at today’s match from that perspective as well. Because it is a game we played during the preparation period and there will of course be lessons we will learn from this match. “When we look at the match, there are things we did well, there are things we can do better and there are a lot of positive and positive things we can do. But when you look at the players in general, I am very happy with what everyone has shown us and tried to give us, in terms of this match and the whole training pace.”
Emphasizing that they always try to add joy to their training, Bjelica said, “Our players do this very well. We have said before in all trainings that we need to work physically, that we will work well physically. Our players are trying to give us this in all training. I can say that, if my teams show a very good image, especially in the first games, this may actually show that we are lacking in training.” he said.
Pointing out that this is a very normal situation right now, Bjelica said, “Because the players go through an intense training pace, they go through an intense and high rhythm. Therefore, it is normal to expect that their feet are tired and their bodies are a little tired. Actually, it is something we want. We will work hard on that. Of course, our team will be on a much better path. When we look at today’s match, if we have mistakes, we will work on what we can do better.” used the phrase.
“WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN TRANSFERS MADE BY OTHER TEAMS”
Stating that they are in constant contact with Trabzonspor Club President Ertuğrul Doğan and the Vice-President, Bjelica said:
“We are in constant contact with both our president and our vice president all day long. We are constantly talking about who we can add and who can join us. But of course, we are not interested in the transfers made by other teams. Maybe those teams are the teams that have more opportunities than us economically. We are trying to recruit players who can benefit us and who can benefit us in the future. Therefore, all our work is on that.”
Bjelica also gave the following answer to a question about the players who will leave and join the team:
“When there is a new development, our club will inform you about it and will definitely publish information about it. We will inform you immediately when there is a development. We will take a break for a few days after tomorrow’s game and they will all come back to the camp on July 19th. We’ll work on it.”
