Fenerbahce has released a statement that they want to play the 2010-11 season Super Cup match with Beşiktaş. In the statement, it was reminded that the TFF announced that the match was postponed at that time.

“As of Monday, December 27, 2021, our club has started to take steps regarding the dismissal of all the crimes attributed to Fenerbahçe and our managers, with the 5th Penal Chamber of the Supreme Court unanimously ratifying the acquittal.
In this context, the following application has been made to the Turkish Football Federation with the signature of our Board of Directors.

On 27 December 2021, Fenerbahçe’s 2010-2011 championship was once again and irreversibly registered, after the 5th Penal Chamber of the Supreme Court approved the court’s acquittal in the So-called Football Match Fixing Case; Based on this fact, it became necessary to express a natural right brought to us by our championship.
The 2011 Turkish Super Cup match, which was supposed to be played between our 2010-2011 Super League Champion Fenerbahçe and the same season’s Turkish Cup Champion Beşiktaş, could not be played due to the so-called lawsuit organized by the treacherous organization and the postponement decision taken by the TFF, as the public knows.
With the final decision made by the Supreme Court, it urgently demands that this match be organized as soon as possible and that a big question mark in the conscience be removed; We want those who deserve it to win on the field and take the trophy to their museum.
