The UEFA Executive Committee, after a comprehensive assessment of the current safety and security situation in the entire Israeli territory, has decided that no UEFA matches will be played in Israel until further notice.

Israeli clubs Maccabi Haifa and Maccabi Tel-Aviv were also requested to offer stadiums for their home competitions outside their country’s territory, complying with all applicable UEFA regulations.

In addition, the Villarreal – Maccabi Haifa match, which was supposed to be played on Thursday, 26 October in the UEFA Europa League Group F, will be postponed to Wednesday, 6 December, and the Maccabi Tel Aviv – Zorya Luhansk match, which was previously announced to be played on Thursday, 26 October in the UEFA Europa Conference League Group B, will be played on 25 November. It was postponed to Saturday.

In addition, due to the current situation, Maccabi Haifa Youth Team withdrew from the UEFA Youth League.
