Construction company Braet in Nieuwpoort is one of the 70 West Flemish companies participating in the Fitbonus. Three out of four white-collar workers will work here for 9 months to become fitter, physically but also mentally.
“We get access to a portal where online workshops are posted. We can watch and listen to them without obligation at the appropriate times and in this way we are informed about certain topics: sleep, nutrition, those things,” says Charly Braet of Bouwbedrijf Braet. .

Every participant of the Fitbonus can have his or her biological age measured, and also receives a personal coach. The intention is that participants of the Fitbonus afterwards help colleagues and give tips to feel good about themselves.
