Fish pizza takes the language away

A delicious fish pizza is created from the last scraps of Christmas dishes.

Fish pizza is created from the last scraps of Christmas dishes.

Now is the time to get rid of the last Christmas food before it goes bad.

Into an easy and delicious pizza, you dip the last scraps of grayling salmon or whitefish, cold-smoked fish, cheeses, roe, and even sour cream. If you can’t find gravie or cold-smoked fish in the fridge, warm-smoked fish left over from the Christmas table, such as salmon or sole, also works well with the pizza.

As a pizza base, you can use ready-made pizza dough balls found in store freezers.
