Baby news from Long live love– couple Melvin and Xanegay: the two have become the proud parents of their son Xion. The couple announced this on Instagram yesterday. ‘We can no longer afford happiness in our family.’
Melvin and Xanegay announced in January that a little sprout was on the way. There was no mention of the due date. A conscious choice. ‘I don’t like to tell you exactly how long I’ll be pregnant and that’s purely because I don’t think it’s anyone’s business. When the baby is here, you can calculate back and answer that question yourself,” Xanegay wrote on Instagram in February.
Yesterday, the couple announced that their son has seen the light of day. It is thus, as far as is known, the first Long live love-baby born in the Netherlands. The boy listens to the name Xion. ‘We are the proud parents & brothers of Xion. There is no more happiness in our family’, the new parents rejoice.
When exactly Xion was born, Melvin and Xanegay don’t know. ‘Born in July 2022’, can be read on the online birth announcement.
Melvin and Xanegay met in 2021 through their participation in the dating program Long live love. Although the two had a good time, the spark did not fly at first. So they decided to pack their bags and go home. Once at home, Melvin and Xanegay kept in touch, eventually developing feelings for each other.
