Monkeys, characters from Super Mario and Lego creations currently decorate many windows in Zoersel. For example, the residents support 5-year-old Lowie Vandamme from Sint-Antonius Zoersel. Last week, Lowie, who has a brain tumor, was told that his treatment had been completed. Friends soon called to decorate the windows to surprise the brave little guy during his bike rides. “Lowie thinks this is fantastic. We will still be riding around a lot with our cargo bike,” says a grateful mother Ellen (37).
