In an interview with MTV, Ensitreffit-Pauliina sends her greetings to the producers of the program Ensitreffit altarilla.
First date at the altar familiar from the program Paulina28, opens MTVfor his and Matt, 37, the backgrounds of the difference. The two unexpectedly broke up right at the end of the season, even though they had just rekindled their relationship in the final episode filmed in September.
Pauliina emphasizes the same as Mattik before: there is no drama involved in their breakup. Pauliina feels that the expectations and pressures grew so great while making the program that it affected both the relationship and the whole experience.
– I felt that it was getting squeezed in the middle of their pressure. I would have liked to have been prepared during the application process and given support for the expectations of outsiders. Those expectations and pressures were quite a shock, says Pauliina.
Pauliina hopes that in the future, during the filming of the program, they will be able to tell more openly already during the application process.

In addition, Pauliina says that the distance of a couple of 600 kilometers was too much in the getting-to-know-you phase after filming. Matti works in Helsinki as a political reporter, and Pauliina works in Oulu as a civil engineer.
– Distance is surprisingly important. Traveling between Oulu and Helsinki is expensive and time-consuming, says Pauliina.
Pauliina reminds us that in the getting-to-know-you phase after filming, it should be possible to see the other person more easily, so that the relationship has a future. According to MTV, the duo had announced in the application process that they would be ready to move to another city after their future spouse.
Matti recently told Iltalehte about his own feelings about his and Pauliina’s breakup. Among other things, it was difficult for him that the everyday life of a happy, newly married couple was shown on television.
– I was terribly afraid that I would disappoint everyone when we got a divorce. Thinking about it now, it was a ridiculous thought, he said.
