Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico today had a constructive conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Sjmyhal. Despite Fico’s rude statements earlier this week, the Slovakian has now suddenly changed course. The prime minister expressed his full support for Ukraine, just days after calling the country “corrupt” and claiming that Ukraine would have to give up territory to end the war.
