Fireplace in Izegem’s grill restaurant | Focus and WTV

Some neighbors were the first to notice the flames and immediately notified the owners of Lot 56, a grill restaurant in Izegem. The high flames turned out to come from the fireplace above the grill in the restaurant. Awaiting the arrival of the fire brigade, the proprietor himself tackled the flames with an extinguisher. The fire brigade then took over the extinguishing works. There were no injuries and the damage was limited due to the quick action. The restaurant can open its doors again today.
