The plaintiff: Judith Heepe. Charité veteran, started as a nurse 30 years ago. As Nursing Director, she was last responsible for 4700 nursing staff. In December 2017, her contract was extended until March 31, 2023. At that time, the chairman of the board, Prof. Dr. Karl Max Einhäupl her “obliging and communicative demeanor”, “high motivation”, “excellent knowledge”.
But in February 2022, the Charité surprisingly threw out the top woman: There are several extraordinary and precautionary ordinary terminations!
Now the lawyers meet in court. Labor judge Anke Weyreuther: “If the allegations are true, further cooperation is excluded.” There is talk of “toxic management behavior”, of “resistance built up towards the board”, of things that “were reported by individual employees afterwards to the employer side ” should be.
