A fire broke out in the Schlesisches Tor underground station on Wednesday evening. According to initial findings, no one was harmed.

About 30 firefighters were on site. She was notified around 8:10 p.m. How the fire started and what exactly burned is not yet known. Danger for passengers should probably not have existed.

The underground traffic in the direction of Warschauer Strasse had to be interrupted, and Skalitzer Strasse in the direction of Schlesische Strasse was also completely closed to traffic.

The operation ended around 9:15 p.m. and traffic started moving again.
