A fire raged in a restaurant in Zaandam on the night from Friday to Saturday. The fire broke out at 1:19 am in the catering facility on Rozengracht and, according to a spokesman for the security region, was quickly under control. Eight adjacent porch houses and two houses above the dining tent were evacuated.
