The fire brigade extinguishes a fire in a business complex on the Tinnegieter in Stadskanaal on Tuesday morning. The fire is currently contained to one wing of the building.
It is not clear how the fire in the multi-company building started. The fire service was called to the fire at the industrial estate around six in the morning. The fire brigade first managed to contain the fire to a wing of the building that houses a company that makes tools.
There is a lot of smoke and a lot of heat. Firefighters extinguish the fire from above. From the cherry picker they threw in the windows to fight the fire.
