A fire broke out in a house on Musselweg in Mussel on Thursday afternoon. The fire was under control within an hour.
Because the fire was in both a cavity wall and the roof, it was difficult for the fire brigade to reach. “We had to remove everything necessary to extinguish the fire,” she says.
The resident was checked by paramedics for smoke inhalation.
