A fire raged in a home on the seventh floor of an apartment building in Rotterdam during the night from Saturday to Sunday. The resident of the apartment was taken to hospital for smoke inhalation, as was a resident of an upstairs apartment. Two other neighbors were checked by ambulance personnel, the fire brigade reports.
