A major fire broke out on Easter Sunday at a rubbish dump on Sophienwerderweg in Berlin-Spandau.
Around 300 cubic meters of bulky waste burn, as the fire department announced on Twitter. She was there with 45 forces, including a fireboat and wheel loader.
The operation on the site of a waste disposal company on Sophienwerderweg will take several hours, it said. Huge clouds of smoke formed.
Human lives are not in danger, nothing can be said about the cause of the fire.
