A fire has broken out on the site of an oil refinery in the southern Russian city of Tuapse. This has been reported by the local authorities. The fire spread to 200 square meters in the night from Monday to Tuesday, but has now been extinguished, the Tuapse city council said on the VKontakte social network. According to Russia, there were no fatalities.
