Finnish wrestlers published a scantily clad calendar

Seinäjoki Regional Painikummit ry is finalizing next year’s calendar. On the pages, five wrestlers pose in scantily clad pictures. Petra Olli, a six-time medalist in wrestling, also gives the calendar a thumbs up.

Seinäjoki Seudun Painikummmit ry once again makes a splash with a bold men’s wrestling calendar.

Five molski aces pose on the pages. Included are Ilmajoki Kisailaiðien, who attended the fall WC and who won the boys’ WC gold in his career Matias Lipasti and the same club Aapo Viitala, Akseli Yli-Hannuksela, Otto Ketonen and Virkiä of Lapua Mikko Peltokangas. One of Painikumki’s wooden men Jarkko Uotila says that everyone was there with a smile.

– It’s a joint issue, where everyone has participated with enthusiasm and appropriate humor. After all, the common goal is to raise funds for wrestling.

The Seinäjoki Regional Painikummit ry was founded in 2015, when Uotila and Martti Hallasuo kicked things off.

– The core idea was to establish an association that supports young and youthful wrestlers in their careers. There are three of us active in the association at the moment, and I am also involved Marko Honkaniemi mixed Martti Uusi-Ranta.

The annual calendar was published for the first time in 2020, so the calendar published now is the third. Although it is Uotila’s idea, he himself has not been able to participate in the pictures.

– Every year the boys have been of the opinion that it’s better that I don’t go in front of the camera, they suspected that it wouldn’t be the best-selling idea.

– Accordingly, I have said that one of the participants does not have a spouse yet, there might be an export after this, Uotila laughs.

Six-time medalist of the wrestling championship Petra Olli gives a positive assessment of the pictures in the soon-to-be-published calendar.

– After all, there are muscular and well-built guys with a handsomely tuned athlete’s body, it’s good to show them off.
