At this time of year, both the old and the new side get a Christmas look. In her normal interior design, Sini prefers, for example, brass and gold, but not too much.
– I want us to have spaces with different atmospheres, Sini says in the repeat episode.
One detail in particular caught Hanna Sumari’s eye: the Christmas tree.
– No decorations have been put up, says Sini, although her three children may still decorate it.

Both Sini and Hanna like the spruce even when it is bare. Metsäkuus can also be found outside the home.
– It is so rare these days to have conifers in front of the door, praises Hanna, who is in love with the smell.
– It’s a small thing to get the festive atmosphere inside, Sini agrees.

In the interior, Sini mixes new and old. The glass tables and sofas in the living room are modern, and they are accompanied by Gustavian furniture. They are Blue Ilari– spouse’s grandparents’ potatoes.
– Most of our furniture is bought at flea markets. Only the lamps have been bought new, Sini says in the episode.
