Final stage Tour of Turkey aborted, victory for Bevin

The Tour of Turkey has been canceled prematurely. The organization decided to do so due to bad weather conditions in Istanbul. The peloton had covered about 30 kilometers during the last stage. In it, in the rain, several riders crashed due to the slippery roads.

New Zealander Patrick Bevin, who won the penultimate stage on Saturday and took the lead in the standings, has now been declared the winner. Australian Jay Vine finished second 20 seconds behind. Eduardo Sepúlveda from Argentina came in third, 40 seconds behind Bevin.
