Wednesday May 31st
Europa League Final: FC Sevilla – AS Roma (9:00 p.m.)
In the final of Europe league are standing in Budapest the FC Seville and AS Roma opposite. For the Spaniards it would be the seventh stroke. They have already won the competition six times, including its predecessor, the UEFA Cup, more than any other club. For Rome coach José Mourinho, it is the sixth European Cup final as coach. Should he win it, he would become the sole record holder. So far he shares the record with ex-Bayern coach Giovanni Trapattoni, who has also won five European titles. The Roma eliminated the last Bundesliga representative Bayer Leverkusen in the semifinals.
Thursday June 1st
Bundesliga relegation, first leg: VfB Stuttgart – Hamburger SV (8.45 p.m.)
VfB Stuttgart is fighting against Hamburger SV to remain in the German elite league. The Swabians ended up 16th in the Bundesliga, while 1. FC Heidenheim snatched the second direct promotion spot from Hamburg at the last second. The first leg takes place in Stuttgart.
Friday June 2nd
Second division relegation, first leg: SV Wehen Wiesbaden – Arminia Bielefeld (8:45 p.m.)
The second division 16. Arminia Bielefeld has to deal with SV Wehen Wiesbaden. The third division team only finished fourth in the past season, but benefited from the regulation that SC Freiburg II, as the second representative of a Bundesliga club, may not be promoted to the second division. In this relegation, the outsider initially has home rights on Friday.
Saturday June 3rd
DFB Cup, final: RB Leipzig – Eintracht Frankfurt (8:00 p.m.)
Defending champion Leipzig has to play against Eintracht Frankfurt in the final in Berlin. For the Saxons it would be the second success in a row, the Hessians have already won the cup five times, for the last time in 2018. With a win, the Frankfurters could go to Europe league move in, for the outgoing coach Oliver Glasner it is the last game as Eintracht coach.
Women’s Champions League, final: FC Barcelona – VfL Wolfsburg (4:00 p.m.)
The “triple-Traum” lives with Alexandra Popp and Co. After winning the championship and the cup, the women of VfL Wolfsburg also want that Champions League-Win the final against FC Barcelona. In Eindhoven, the team is hoping for many German fans.
England FA Cup Final: Manchester City – Manchester United (4pm)
City duel in the prestigious FA Cup, “Sky Blues” against “Red Devils”: In London Wembley-Meet stadium Manchester City and Manchester United on each other. For champion City, who is also in the Champions League final, it’s about the coveted “triple”. City rivals United would be only too happy to prevent that.
Amateur football: The big final day of the amateurs (12.05 p.m.)
On the big final day of the amateurs, the 21 national associations of the DFB will play their cup winners. The winners will also play in the first DFB Cup main round next season. The first reports live from 12.05 for around seven hours. There are three conferences, 16 games can also be seen in full length in the live stream.

Bundesliga relegation, second leg: Hamburger SV – VfB Stuttgart (8:45 p.m.)

The relegation matches were reintroduced in the 2008/09 season. Since then, the Bundesliga team has prevailed eleven times in 14 duels with the second division team. The away goals rule no longer applies. If the number of goals is the same after the first and second leg, the game is extended by two 15-minute periods. If there is still no winner after that, the decision is made in a penalty shootout.

Second division relegation, second leg: Arminia Bielefeld – SV Wehen Wiesbaden (8:45 p.m.)
In the second leg, Arminia has the chance to defend its place in the second division at home. But the statistics speak for the underdog. In the relegation, the higher-class team only got the upper hand in four out of 14 cases. The same applies in Bielefeld: If there is a draw after the first and second leg, there is extra time and penalties.
Wednesday June 7th
Europa Conference League Final. Fiorentina v West Ham United (9pm)
AC Fiorentina and West Ham United for the title in the Europe Conference League. Both clubs have been waiting forever for international success – West Ham since 1965, Fiorentina since 1961.
Promotion playoff first leg to the 3rd division: Energie Cottbus – SpVgg Unterhaching (NN)
The champions of the regional leagues Southwest (SSV Ulm), West (Preußen Münster) and North (VfB Lübeck) have been promoted directly to the 3rd division. The fourth climber will be in two playoff– Duels determined between the champions of the regional leagues Northeast and Bavaria. Energie Cottbus meets SpVgg Unterhaching, the first leg kicks off in Lausitz.
Saturday June 10th
Champions League Final: Manchester City – Inter Milan (9:00 p.m.)
Manchester City win their long-awaited first title in the Champions League. In the final in Istanbul, the team from the English premier league play against Inter Milan. The Italians have already won the handle pot three times – for the last time in 2010.
Sunday June 11th
Promotion playoff second leg to the 3rd division: SpVgg Unterhaching – Energie Cottbus (NN)
Who will be promoted to the 3rd division as the fourth team? In the second leg of the playoff in Unterhaching, the SpVgg from the Bavarian regional league are expecting the Energie Cottbus team from the Northeast regional league.
Monday 12 June
International matches of the German National team
After all international titles have been awarded, the German national team meets for three international test matches. The team of national coach Hansi Flick will play against Ukraine on Monday, June 12 (6 p.m.), on Friday (June 16) they will go to Poland (8.45 p.m.). The last test opponent before the summer break is Colombia on Tuesday (20 June) (20:45).
Thursday, July 20th
Start of the Women’s World Cup
The highlight of the soccer summer is the Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. It starts on July 20th. The German team scores meets Morocco (July 24), Colombia (July 30) and South Korea (August 3) in the preliminary round.
