Eleven-year-old wins figure skating title
An 11-year-old figure skater, aptly named You Young, has won the women’s title at the South Korean Championships in Seoul, setting an age record.
The 1.43 m tall You was a year younger when she won the freestyle than the later Vancouver Olympic champion Kim Yuna when she won the South Korean national championship in 2003. However, You can only watch the 2018 Olympic Games in her home country. The minimum age for participation in Pyeongchang is 15 years.
