Two drivers clashed on Wednesday afternoon in the middle of the A58, near Sint Willebrord. The police have drawn up a report because they behaved in such a way that it was dangerous for other road users.
Just after the exit Sint Willebrord, two cars collided with each other. According to witnesses, the driver of the front car braked after trying to push another car off the road. It concerns a 50-year-old man from Baarle-Nassau. The car that was driving behind him collided with his car. This contained a 21-year-old man from Moerstraten.
The 50-year-old driver allegedly got out and hit the window of the car that collided with him. The 21-year-old driver then got out and grabbed the man by the throat. Then a fight broke out between the two.

The fight caused a traffic jam on the A58. Several eyewitnesses reported it to the police.
The official reports are sent to the public prosecutor. He will decide how to proceed with the case.
