INTERVIEW. Curd and Katrien talk for the first time after life’s work went bankrupt: “We gave everything for 30 years, and now we are accused of fraud”
“We have repaid our customers 300,000 euros in advances. And then they say we deliberately went bankrupt.” Curd Coukuyt (52) and Katrien Isembaert (46), former owners of the De Vossenberg banquet hall complex in Hooglede, are slowly recovering.
