A fight over a lamp at a lamp shop in Breda got out of hand on Saturday afternoon. A fight ensued. Two people have been arrested.
Police received a report of a fight, a police spokesperson said. Several officers went to the store. “About thirty bystanders were present there. We have arrested two people. Both parties are reporting this,” said the spokesperson.
Aggressive customer
According to Najah Boulakjar of Lampen en Meer, it was a difficult customer. He says: “We had a customer who had been walking in for a long time and couldn’t stop shopping. This customer became very aggressive. There were more family members and that caused more aggressiveness.”
After the arrival of the police, calm returned to the store. Boulakjar: “We assume that everything will go well for the rest of the afternoon”.
