The Mossos d’Esquadra have arrested 15 people this morning to transport drug with a narcoboat and download it in Mataró port.

At around 4:00 a.m., the Mossos received notice of the arrival of a high-powered boat loaded with bales in a private area of the port of the capital of Maresme. Several patrols from the Mataró, Premià and Arenys police stations -with the support of the Maritime Police and the Local Police- have traveled to the area and have been able to catch the suspects, who have tried to flee. Subsequently, they have confiscated numerous bundles and now the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) is analyzing the type of narcotic substance that has been intercepted and the amount of drugs.
