Germany’s FIFA professionals can dream of the World Cup title: With Mustafa “xMustii19” Cankal and Umut “RBLZ_Umut” Gültekin, the DFB team has qualified for the FIFAe Nations Cup.
The DFB duo finished second in the European playoff tournament of the FIFAe Nations Series. In the final, the German team lost to the world number one from Portugal after two games 2:3 (0:0; 2:3 aet).
It was a narrow defeat for xMustii19 and RBLZ_Umut. It was only a few seconds before the end of the second game that the equalizer conceded to make it 1-1. The game was then lost in overtime.
Even if it wasn’t enough to win the tournament, the DFB team can be happy about qualifying for the FIFAe Nations Cup in Copenhagen at the end of July. The tournament is a kind of world championship of the best national teams in FIFA.
In addition to the DFB team, ten other teams from Europe have qualified, including final opponents Portugal, the Netherlands and Sweden.
