Despite weeks of struggle, Shevyerodonetsk and Lysychank are still in Ukrainian hands in the Donbas. However, the fall of that first city seems imminent. Over the past week, Shevyerodonetsk has been largely razed to the ground. Meanwhile, the Russians are also trying to surround Lysytyansk, but they have made little progress in recent weeks.
