TVThe title of the program has not changed. It’s also just ‘Switch’ this summer. The content has not changed. Five candidates play every evening for 1,000 euros. There is, however, a new presenter: Fien Germijns. Known from Studio Brussel and from the spring quiz ‘De Dag van Today’. Fien kicks off ‘Switch’ tonight with the following candidates.
Bente Le Bruyn (33 years old, from Schilde)
– Teaches as a practical lecturer in nutrition and dietetics at the AP Hogeschool. She also gives cooking classes.
– Works as a flexi-jobber at the VIP counter at Antwerp football club.
– Lives with Jef, together they have a 1 year old son. They live together in Schilde, where they have renovated her grandfather’s house.
– In her spare time, she regularly goes polar bears (swimming in cold water) in the swimming pond of Boekenberg Park.
Björn Bohyn (37 years old, from Kanegem)
– Has been working for Colruyt in Tielt for 15 years. Is responsible for the fresh products. A dream job, says Björn.
– Is single. More on character than appearance. Would like someone who is social and adventurous.
– Is a big fan of the Eurovision Song Contest, and is part of an association for that. They come together before the broadcast to assess the songs and everything around them.
– Likes to go to amusement parks and the fair.
Marnix Van Heule (56 years old, from Vichte)
– Has his own printing company and has also passed on his experience as a teacher Graphic Techniques for a number of years. Teaching has become his passion.
– Has been married to Anita for 36 years. Together they have 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren. They got to know each other in a dancing in Deinze that no longer exists.
– Rides in a cycling club, ‘De Ingooigemse Wielervrienden’. Has more than 4,500 kilometers on the clock this year.
– Is a fan of Club Brugge, his best memory is the title match against Anderlecht a few years ago.
Maxime Soete (21 years old, from Anzegem)
– Just finished her last year studying Criminology and did an internship at the Federal Judicial Police in Ghent in recent months. Will continue to study an educational master.
– Has been together with her sweetheart Kobe for 2.5 years. Got to know each other in the Overpoort in Ghent.
– Does karate with her dad, follows two training sessions a week. Has a brown belt.
– Likes going to concerts. Her favorite artists are Arctic Monkeys and Metallica.
Vincent Thomas (26 years old, from Antwerp)
– Works as a process operator in the port of Antwerp, at a company that makes hard plastic. Works in shifts. If there are problems, it is up to him to solve them.
– Has been with Astrid for a year and a half. Got to know each other through Tinder during corona. Has a movie club together with his friends. Also rate the snacks served by one of the group.
– Loves gaming, board games and poker.
