Several fields at Dalen football club have been destroyed. It concerns two competition fields and a training field. The photos shared by the association on Facebook show several tire tracks making grooves in the grass.
The association suspects that minors have driven across the field with scooters. Until Dalen’s volunteers have repaired the damage, football cannot be played on the fields. It is not yet known how long this will last.
The club would like to get in touch with the perpetrator(s). In this way, the board wants to resolve this among themselves, without the intervention of the police. For example, the association is considering helping the person restore the fields. If the perpetrator does not come forward, the board will consider reporting it to the police.
