Fidan Ekiz and Renze Klamer were seen side by side as the presentation duo of De Vooravond last year, but now they are diametrically opposed. The strongest party? fidan.
They faced each other for about forty minutes last night: former colleagues Fidan Ekiz and Renze Klamer. She as a co-host in the talk show Op1, he as the figurehead of his own talk show Renze. It is also the last time that the two will face each other for the time being, because she is now on vacation and he will return for the weekend after the summer.
Op1 – Renze: 5-0
The as yet one-off competition between Fidan and Renze is in any case in her favor. Where Op1 managed to captivate an audience of 689 thousand viewers (20 percent market share) on NPO 1, Renze attracted only 553 thousand viewers (13 percent) to commercial competitor RTL 4.
It’s not a big surprise: Op1 had been too strong for Renze all week. The score is now 5-0 in favor of Op1. Where the talk show of the public broadcaster last week attracted an average of 711 thousand viewers, Renze comes out with an average score of 612 thousand viewers.
What does Tina say?
How does viewership professor Tina Nijkamp view it? “The first week of Renze is over. Think Renze and RTL will be satisfied. Stable viewing figures, although the market share in target group declined somewhat during the week, from 20 to now around 14/15 percent,” she writes on her own channel†
She continues: “It is also striking that not only Op1 but also Hart van Nederland beat Renze in the total viewing figures at the same time yesterday.”
Final Blow Up disappoints
On to prime time: that period was won by De Avondetappe, which managed to captivate just over 1 million viewers (23 percent) on NPO 1. Immediately before that, Droomhuis Gezocht reached 959 thousand viewers (24 percent).
RTL 4 is in second place with only 655 thousand viewers (17 percent) for the final of Blow Up. The other most watched prime time titles were NPO 2’s Nieuwsuur (543 thousand) and NPO 3’s European Football Championship: Germany – Denmark (454 thousand).
Only then do the SBS 6 shows I Want Your Song (412 thousand and 10 percent) and 5 against 5 (369 thousand and 9 percent) follow.
Viewing figures
Other programs that did not make the top 15 include Shownieuws (444 thousand), Editie NL (435 thousand), 112 Today (356 thousand), Oases in de Orient (346 thousand) and Shownieuws Zomeredition (210 thousand).
