The semi-final between Feyenoord and Ajax in the context of the KNVB Cup has been set for Wednesday, April 5 in Rotterdam. Earlier it was announced that no supporters of Ajax may be present at the duel in De Kuip.
No supporters of the club from Amsterdam are welcome at the duel between Feyenoord and Ajax, as for years no fans of the visiting club have been allowed to enter the Classic in competition.
Feyenoord and Ajax also met in De Kuip on January 22, then for the competition. The Rotterdam club had hung high nets between the stands and the field. This was done to prevent supporters from throwing objects towards the pitch. Feyenoord is still looking at which extra security measures need to be taken this time.
