While Ajax has to be careful not to end up in last place in the Premier League this weekend, national champion Feyenoord has the wind in its sails. Of course, there is gloating among Feyenoorders about the crisis at their rival. “Ajax will get back on its feet,” says former Feyenoord striker Peter Houtman in De Aftrap.
Tablemate Jan Rijser, an assistant referee in professional football for sixteen years, is much less optimistic. “I have great fears. They will undoubtedly recover, but I really doubt whether they will get into the top five. They lack quality. Ajax has bought second-rate players and you won’t get far with that.”
Crate Trap
In the weekly section Kratje Trap it is the turn of the football players of the fourth team of RKVV Velsen. Are they able to displace the women of Nieuw Sloten from the top spot?

Next week, former football players René Binken and Johnny Holshuijsen will be guests and the first Under 19 team of JOS Watergraafsmeer will try to hit as many crates as possible.
