Festival Kortrijk: sold-out Brussels Philharmonic concert
The Brussels symphony orchestra performed a unique concert with two performances of Stabat Mater: Dvorak and Pergolesi. The event attracted many lovers of classical music and was completely sold out with 600 spectators. Dvorak’s Stabat Mater was perhaps the most moving Stabat Mater. The composer lost two daughters and a son while working on the piece.
