Lsummer, for i Ferragnez, has the colors of Lake Como. While the Italian cities, increasingly hot and with a red dot, are slowly starting to empty, even for celebrities it’s time for holidays in search of a little fresh air between the sea and lakes. Right on Lake Como they inaugurated their new villa Chiara Ferragni and Fedez. The couple, in fact, shared on Instagram the first family photos in their new real estate purchase.

The property, in Pognana Lario, is right there in front of Laglio where the famous villa of George Clooney stands. And to commute back and forth between the quaint lakeside towns, the influencer and rapper they also bought a motorboatwhich they baptized with a name apparently more suitable for Masterchef than for a romantic ride on the lake: the boat is in fact called “Raviolo”.

In reality, the name is less trivial than it might seem: for the couple it is in fact an important memory. When Ferragni and Fedez started dating, in fact, “Raviolo” was the nickname she had given to her boyfriend. And as proof of how fond they are of this appellation, both have tattooed on their left hand, between thumb and forefinger, just the image of a smiling ravioli.

In addition to ravioli, however, the couple has always been fond of Lake Como, where they spent several weekends in the luxury hotels overlooking the shores of the Lario. And in the end they decided to buy a house. Presenting to followers the villa, which cost 5 million euros, was defined by Ferragni as “our dream”. The property consists of a two-storey house with a large living room and a bedroom for the children, and outside a garden and a beautiful swimming pool for the joy of little Leone and Vittoria.

The landing on the Ferragnez lake, however, also caused controversy among the residents. In fact, if on the one hand their presence (together with that of other VIPs) can only be good for the local economy, on the other the concern is that house prices and the cost of living will skyrocket. And that the presence of the digital entrepreneur and her husband, who are closely followed at every step, can disturb the peace and tranquility of the lakeside town.
