Fenerbahce have confirmed the signings of Joshua King (30) and Tiago Cukur (19). The duo comes from Premier League relegated Watford FC. Norway international King is on a free transfer after his contract with the Hornets ends. The striker, who contributed five goals and three assists in 32 games last season, has signed a contract with Istanbul until 2024.
Cukur’s contract at Watford originally ran until 2022, but included an option for a further year, meaning that Fenerbahce would have to pay a fee. The 19-year-old striker and Turkey international, who did not play professionally for Watford and scored one goal in 26 games on loan for English third-tier side Doncaster Rovers last season, has signed with the runners-up on a long-term contract in 2026.
