Jesus is first and foremost a leader. Among the qualities that make him a good coach, his leadership ability and the sense of respect he evokes in his players come to the fore.
The fact that he stopped his football players running to Altay, whistled by the audience after the goal scored last week, shows how finely he thinks and his ability to see one step beyond the events.
Why would Altay be a target? It is not everyone’s duty to explain the idea that he is not guilty or wrong so that he should be consoled to his players in that turmoil.
