Around 250 to 300 police and gendarmerie forces, 20 rapid response teams, 160 security guards, 40 rescue workers, 360 in-status commissioners will take part in the match.
KULBAKOV WILL BLOW THE whistle
Aleksei Kulbakov from the Belarusian Football Federation will manage the match, in which Fenerbahçe will play away with Rennes in the 2 weeks of the UEFA Europa League Group B.
Kulbakov’s assistants will be Dmitri Zhuk and Oleg Maslyanko. The 4th referee is Viktor Shimusik.
