Fencer Alexandra Ndolo fights for epee gold at the World Championships in Cairo.
The 35-year-old defeated two-time world champion Rossella Fiamingo from Italy in the semifinals on Monday 15:10 and has already secured silver. The final begins at 6:40 p.m. in the evening.
It is the first World Cup medal for the epee fencer. In 2017 she won silver at the European Championships in Georgia, two years later bronze at the European Championships in Düsseldorf.
